The Cult of Blood is a traditional platformer-style action game set in a European gothic world available for the Game Boy Color.
A retelling of J. Sheridan LeFanu’s vampiric tale, Carmilla, The Cult of Blood is a traditional platformer-style action game where you set on an adventure to rid the land of Styria in Austria of an evil that plagues its residents. Equipped with the Spear of Destiny, you will control Isaia Lecardi on his journey to defeat enemies and learn special abilities as you work toward your goal of vanquishing the blood thirsty vampire.
The Cult of Blood takes players back to the roots of the platforming genre where you must observe enemy movements to defeat them, take courageous leaps across chasms, complete the game with limited lives (and continues) and resume your progress with a password system.
